We perform Urine Drug Screens, Pre-Employment Physicals, DOT Physicals, Pulmonary Function Testing, Hair Follicle Testing, Breath Alcohol Testing, Audiometry, and X-Rays.

We provide quick, convenient care for all your worker’s compensation and occupational needs. We develop individualized protocols for each company and we design our services to meet your needs. Every occupational injury is communicated directly to the authorized company representative by the provider of service or by one of our qualified occupational medicine staff. You are a part of the communication process from the onset of injury through return to work. We work to minimize your employee’s lost time, recordable injuries and light duty injuries.  We welcome your company’s authorized representative to accompany your employee on any work related injury issue or visit.  Please feel free to make requests or ask for accommodations to better help your employee.

We offer a random selection program for urine drug screens in accordance with DOT regulations. This program utilizes a computer-based selection process in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration. This can be for mandated or non mandated programs. You can be provided with detailed and customized reports related to your program. The cost is determined by your number of employees.

We have trainers who are certified through DATIA (The Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association). All occupational service technicians and the program coordinator, Phillip Hale, are NOISH certified for Pulmonary Function Testing meeting OSHA standards, in preparation for respirator fitting.

We offer on-line access to your test processing and results. You can check status anytime and obtain results as soon as they are available.
